Another favorite from Grandma's recipe book. Oven-roasted with mashed Yukon Gold potatoes. Smothered in gobbler gravy and served with seasonal vegetables.

LIVER & ONIONS
Tender liver sauteed with sweet onions, smoky bacon and a splash of white wine. Served with seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes and a rich brown gravy. A homestyle favorite!

CHICKEN POT PIE
Thick, rich cream sauce with abundant, moist and tender chicken, carrots, celery and peas. Fresh-baked to order with a flaky pastry crust. Served with Prospectors house salad.
YANKEE POT ROAST
Tender beef slow simmered in rich beef stock. Served on Yukon mashed spuds and whole roasted vegetables.

MOM'S MEATLOAF
A zesty mixture of spices flavors this old-time favorite. Served with rich beef gravy over mashed potatoes and seasonal fresh vegetable.

MESQUITE PORK CHOPS
Prospectors Mesquite spice is rubbed onto these thick cut, pork loin chops. Charbroiled and topped with Brandy glazed roasted apples. Yukon gold mash potatoes and country gravy. Seasonal vegetable.

CHICKEN AND WAFFLE
Classic Belgian Waffle topped with a 6 oz crispy chicken breast served with two large eggs, country gravy and warm syrup on the side. Served all day.
