Fresh spinach, cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs, diced roma tomatoes and tempura chicken tenders with our honey mustard dressing. Topped with onion straws.

GARLIC SHRIMP SALAD
Six large Pacific shrimp sauteed in fresh garlic and butter, served with spring greens, red onions, Gorgonzola, candied pecans and Craisins. With house vinaigrette.

GRILLED STEAK SALAD
Two marinated steak skewers served atop mixed greens, Gorgonzola, red onions, candied pecans and Craisins with our house-made vinaigrette.

CHICKEN TACO SALAD
Chili-spiced chicken breast, ripe avocado and tomato atop crisp mixed greens. Tossed with tortilla chips and shredded cheese and served with Arizona ranch dressing.

BBQ CHICKEN SALAD
Crisp romaine lettuce, tomato, bacon, hard-boiled egg and avocado topped with a barbecued chicken breast and finished with Gorgonzola dressing.
GREEK CHOP CHOP SALAD
Crisp romaine and baby spinach tossed with penne pasta, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and Greek vinaigrette. Topped with sliced chicken, kalamata olives and pita crisps.

TURKEY COBB SALAD
Fresh spinach, feta cheese, hard-boiled eggs, ripe avocados, cucumbers, diced tomatoes, roasted turkey, red onions, candied pecans, sweet and tangy poppy seed dressing.
SEARED SALMON CAESAR SALAD
A pan-seared wild Alaskan salmon filet over crisp chopped romaine lettuce that's been tossed with Parmesan cheese and our Caesar dressing. Finished with house-made garlic croutons.
