FLAT IRON STEAK
Second only to the tenderloin in tenderness. Well-marbled for flavor, best when charbroiled medium rare to medium.
10 ounces of lean, yet juicy, ground beef steak topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, rich brown gravy and seasonal vegetables.

Our prime rib is seasoned with fresh garlic and herbs, then slow-roasted to give it an unbelievable flavor. Hand-carved to order. 12 oz Petite Cut, 16 oz Regular Cut or 20 oz Prospectors Cut.
